Meet Lorraine...
With over ten years of work experience, I am currently employed in the corporate sector with expert experience in Retail Management which entails retail, supply chain, planning, and buying. I also sit on the Board of Directors for two Not-For-Profit organizations: Cardasha’s Center headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and Africa Healing Foundation, headquartered in London, United Kingdom. I have worked and studied in South Africa, United Kingdom, and Canada. Acquiring these roles has enhanced my interviewing and coaching skills significantly.
My employment experience qualifies my coaching program in supporting entry-level, mid-level, and expert-level career seekers in uncovering their strengths and weaknesses as they aspire to land their dream jobs. My coaching includes, but is not limited to, personal branding and marketing, understanding the current ever evolving marketplace and gaining confidence in your career options. I empower my clients to identify their core skillsets, rebrand their appearance, conquer their limited beliefs, and address imposter syndrome. I graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Management and Policy and have successfully obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).

With over 15 years of experience in multiple dynamic job sectors, acquiring leadership positions has allowed me to interview hundreds of candidates seeking employment. As a current formal leader within the healthcare sector, I can guide you as you prepare for the career of your dreams. Effective and successful interviewing has allowed me to move from a frontline to managerial role in a very short period of time.
My experience and expertise has allowed me to coach and mentor new graduates, students, novices, experts, and individuals seeking to forward their career path. For my educational background, I acquired a Masters in Nursing degree, with a focus on leadership, at the University of Windsor. I am currently pursuing my MBA with a focus on Business Analytics. I am also preparing for a certification exam that will allow me to have a specialty in Gerontological Nursing. I have lived and worked in the United States of America and Canada, so my vast work experience will be reflected in all individual sessions.
